Beautiful gamelan stuff from Indonesia.  Don't really know what to say about it since I don't really have a developed ear for the subtleties of gamelan music.  It's a great tape.  Enjoy!

Beautiful gamelan music from Indonesia today.  There is more information about which musicians are doing what on the j-card but I don't understand what any of the abbreviations are supposed to mean.  This release is about an hour of solid music.  The insert doesn't say anything about the year it was made or recorded.

Note: halfway through side B there is some crazy tape hiss action.
